Samantha Pleet

We did another series of photos for Bona Drag with Tuuli. This time we got some very interesting stuff by New York designer Samantha Pleet. The fabric of these shorts and dress was made in the ancient Chinese tradition of burying china silk in mud for 2 months then hand dying it. click on links to see more pics

  1. This is so so cool-how amazing that the fabric had to be burried underground for two months before it could be dyed. I love it!! I love the style of the dress too-very pixie like and links to autumn through the colour scheme. The photo looks lovely-well done!!
