This weekend was the first time to do anything touristy here in Tokyo and the first must-see place seemed to be Asakusa. Asakusa Kannon Temple is the most colourful Buddhist temple, completed in year 645 which makes it the oldest one in Tokyo.

Nakamise shopping street next to temple offered a huge variety of weird souvenirs and local snacks (mostly rice crackers)
