H&M Design Award 2014

8 finalists of H&M Design Award 2014 were presented in central Stockholm during the fashion week.

The H&M Design Award is now in its third year, founded to support and celebrate fashion at the earliest stages. The award rewards current graduates as they begin their careers, and provide inspiration for young people to choose to study fashion. The winner is selected from 32 design colleges within Europe and the United States, whose students come from all over the world. Based on the collection the winner gets to develop selected pieces to be sold at selected H&M stores this autumn.

Eddy Anemian won the contest but here are my favorites.

MBFW Stockholm: Hernández Cornet: backstage

The first show I did was for Hernández Cornet: Loved it with its ufo-baby make-up, patterns, shiny fabrics and glamtrash glitter heels.

Céline + selfie = Célfie

I just checked that only 6 of my 453 instagram photos are selfies, guess I don't have a serious problem yet...

Meanwhile you can always get Célfie t-shirt from Sincerely, Jules to take even more awesome selfies

You are the Living Proof

On Monday, after getting back from Stockholm, I dropped by LivingProof presentation in NYC Piano Bar. LivingProof is an American haircare brand, which is now also available in Estonia.
Supposedly the molecules they have invented and patented are revolutionizing the world of beauty.
Regardless the scientific talk, everything's made easy -  just choose between full, restore or frizz series.
I usually don't visit beauty events so it was surprisingly fun and who would have thought that they offer the best mini-hamburgers ever, which were exactly what I needed after the sleepless night and hours of traveling.

Most of the products are available here

I will keep these two frizz and restore travel kits for the times I have to travel with carry-on baggage only. Those 60ml bottles are perfect when you have to keep that 100ml liquid restriction in mind. …most of the times it means relying on crappy shampoo testers.

.. don't the packages make a good color combination with my new sweater in the background
